Create your account and sign in

A FortWave account is free. You only pay for the messages you send.

Sign up

1. 1Go to Sign up.
2. 2Enter your Full Name, Email and a Password, then confirm the password.
3. 3Accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, then select Sign Up.

You can also select Sign up with Google to use your Google account. You land on your dashboard as soon as the account is created.

Verify your email address

We send a verification link to the email you signed up with. Open it to confirm the address. You can use the dashboard before verifying, but verifying makes sure you receive account and billing emails.

• Didn't receive the email? Check your spam folder, then select Resend Verification Email on the verification page or in Settings → Profile.
• If the link says it is invalid or has expired, request a new one the same way.
• Your status shows as Verified or Unverified in the user menu at the top right.

Sign in

Go to Sign in and enter your email and password, or select Sign in with Google if you signed up with Google. Tick Keep me logged in on a device you trust.

Reset a forgotten password

1. 1On the sign-in page, select Forgot password?.
2. 2Enter your email and select Send Reset Link.
3. 3Open the link in the email, enter your new password twice and select Reset Password.
