Set up and verify your company

Add your company details, choose your country and request approval so you can send live SMS.

Before you can send live SMS, your account needs a company and that company needs to be approved. This is how we meet the sender-identification rules of the markets we deliver to.

Create your company

  1. In the sidebar, under SMS, open Company.
  2. Enter your Company Name and choose your Country.
  3. Optionally add your Business Registration Number and Tax Identification Number.
  4. Select Create Company.

Request approval

  1. On the Company page, select Request Approval.
  2. Enter a support phone number in international format, for example +25769803000.
  3. Optionally upload your Incorporation Certificate (PDF, up to 10 MB). It speeds up the review.

The status on the Company page tells you where the review stands: Verification Not Requested, Verification Pending, Company Verified or Verification Rejected.

Choose your billing currency

SMS credits are priced in your company's billing currency, which you choose on the Company page before your first purchase. You pick it once and it can't be changed afterwards. See Buy SMS credits.

Do I need a company for WhatsApp?

The company and its approval apply to SMS. WhatsApp senders are verified by Meta through your Meta Business account instead. See Connect your WhatsApp Business account.
