Can I try FortWave before paying?
Yes. Creating an account is free, and test mode lets you send free test SMS and WhatsApp messages to your own verified number before you set up a company or buy credit.
Do I have to use both SMS and WhatsApp?
No. The two channels are independent. You can use only SMS, only WhatsApp, or both, and each has its own setup and balance.
How long does approval take?
SMS sender IDs can take up to two weeks because of market regulations. WhatsApp templates are reviewed by Meta, usually within minutes, sometimes longer.
How do I contact support?
