Buy SMS credits

Choose your billing currency, buy an SMS bundle and check your top-up history.

SMS are paid for with credits that you buy in advance, in bundles. One credit sends one SMS segment (see credit counting).

Before you buy

  • SMS credits are billed to your company, so create your company first.
  • Choose your company's billing currency on the Company page. Bundles are priced in that currency, and it can't be changed once set.

Buy a bundle

  1. Open Credits from the user menu at the top right, or from the credit balance at the bottom of the sidebar, and stay on the SMS tab.
  2. Under SMS Bundles, pick a bundle and select Buy Now.
  3. Fill in every field of the secure payment form and complete the payment.

Once the payment is confirmed, the credits are added to your balance straight away. If the confirmation takes a while, you can leave the page; the credits appear automatically when the payment goes through.

Top-up history

Every purchase is listed under Topup History on the Credits page with one of these statuses:

  • Successful: the credits were added.
  • Pending: we're still waiting for the payment provider to confirm.
  • Failed: the payment didn't go through and you were not charged.
  • Reversed: the payment was refunded or cancelled after it went through.
